Accelerate Your Medical Imaging Research with MONAI on AWS

In this session we will show you how to use MONAI on AWS to accelerate your AI-based medical imaging research in the cloud. We will demonstrate how to use MONAI Label in combination with 3rd-party medical image visualization & analysis software (like 3D Slicer or OHIF) on AWS. MONAI Label reduces the time and effort of clinicians to annotate new datasets, while the underlying AI-based labeling apps continuously learn and improve. Researchers and data scientists will learn how MONAI Core running on SageMaker lets them explore more deep neural network architectures, more hyperparameters, and more hypotheses compared to static infrastructure for medical imaging workloads.
