The Orin system on a chip (SoC) brings new and advanced performance metrics collection mechanisms that allow application developers to observe how the entire system is utilized. We'll review Orin SoC capabilities and its various accelerators, explain how to observe their utilization, and present some reference applications put through the looking glass of the Nsight tools to highlight how well or poorly the systems are programmed, and their associated opportunities to squeeze even more performance out of the power of the Orin SoC.
