We'll share the latest call analytics trends and advances in the payer industry, as well as challenges. We'll walk through a trending and developing solution for case management enhancement and improved member engagement. As a steward of the healthcare system, our team in Aetna pledges to improve health outcomes and decrease medical costs. I develop a suite of artificial intelligence tools to predict high-risk members in numerous diseases, enhance care management effectiveness, and identify high-performing physicians for specific services.
