The Next Level of Optimization Advice with Nsight Graphics: GPU Trace

See beyond the numbers. Many performance analysis tools present data, and only data, on the behavior of an application. Interpreting the data and drawing actionable conclusions requires an expert-level understanding of the hardware. GPU Trace introduces a new analysis tool that captures some of that knowledge by using powerful heuristics and rules. They're automatically applied to the hardware metrics data, creating suggestions and hints for improving application performance as well as valuable details and explanations. We'll demonstrate how the new features of GPU Trace can be used to optimize a number of examples of real-world game titles.
