Empowering Global Ecommerce With Generative AI

From both a business and a technical perspective, we'll provide an overview of how generative AI was used to empower global ecommerce at Alibaba International. AI was leveraged to enhance the efficiency and efficacy of different aspects of Alibaba International's business, from marketing, product listing, customer service, and design to compliance and risk management. Our experience is a case study for others who want to develop a comprehensive AI solution for a complex, multifaceted business. From a technical point of view, this involves serving multiple models of different sizes and purposes under different service load requirements. The diversity of applications requires different types of NVIDIA inference GPUs and customized TensorRT-LLM. We'll explain the planning and optimization of this family of models on the abovementioned NVIDIA infrastructure.
