      Using Next-Generation Geospatial Applications and 3D Visualizations to Improve Climate Risk Resilience Strategies

      NVIDIA Omniverse and GPU processing are powerful tools for developing and communicating geospatial mapping solutions and climate resilience. Geospatial AI, Earth observation images, and numerical simulations can be combined to create 3D visualizations that are more effective than 2D static maps. NVIDIA Omniverse provides a platform for developing and sharing these visualizations, while GPU processing makes it possible to create more complex and realistic maps as well as better visualizations.

      Overall, this approach offers a promising new way to communicate geospatial information and climate resilience to stakeholders, in particular the humanitarian and disaster response organizations and nongovernmental organizations, as well as the climate and financial risk management industry. We'll showcase this capability using real business case examples of extreme weather events and climate change scenarios.
